I fell on my neck and came close to being paralyzed.
Within a few days I was moving again. Not because of surgery, medication, or months of physical therapy — but because of Sotai, a Japanese movement practice my father introduced me to that works with your body's natural mechanics rather than forcing against them.
That experience didn't just change how I move. It changed what I do with my life.
I've spent years practicing and refining Sotai, building on formal training and a lifetime of working with the body through martial arts, sports, and fitness
My background is unconventional. Martial artist. Violinist. Athlete. Sotai Practitioner. What ties all of it together is a deep respect for how the body moves when it's given the right input — and a genuine drive to help people get there.
When you come in, you'll be heard. Not rushed through an intake form and handed a generic protocol. I take the time to understand what you're dealing with, where you've been, and what you actually need. I work with honesty and integrity — if something isn't working, I'll tell you. If you're not the right fit for what I offer, I'll tell you that too.
Movement is something everyone deserves to feel good in. That's why I do this.
