Maintenance
Ongoing Sotai care at the cadence your body needs. The work that keeps small issues from becoming real ones.
What Maintenance Is
Maintenance is for people who want to stay ahead — not wait for something to break.
Regular Sotai sessions catch small imbalances before they become injuries, keep accumulated tension from compounding, and maintain the mobility you've already built. It's the same work as Recover & Restore, applied at a different stage: not after the breakdown, but before it.
This isn't a wellness indulgence. It's prevention.

(Single Session)
A single session with no subscription required. For occasional check-ins, returning clients between commitments, or anyone exploring maintenance before choosing a cadence.
(1 Session per Month)
One session per month. A steady rhythm for clients in a stable place who want a regular reset and a chance to catch things early.
Two sessions per month. For clients managing work stress, training load, or accumulated tension that won't fully clear on its own.
Four sessions per month. For Recover & Restore graduates, athletes in heavy training, performers, or anyone whose body demands consistent attention. The strongest compounding effect lives here.

The Benefits of Ongoing Sotai Care
With regular Sotai sessions, clients often experience:
Reduced everyday aches and lingering tension
Improved flexibility and joint freedom
Better coordination and ease of movement

Sotai works with your nervous system and natural movement patterns, allowing your body to reorganize itself efficiently — not forcefully.

Who is this for?
Maintenance is for people who want regular care for their body — not because something is wrong, but because they don't want it to get there.
This works well for:
People with desk jobs, long commutes, or repetitive physical demands
Athletes, performers, and active people who train consistently
Recover & Restore graduates who want to protect what they've built
Anyone who values consistent mobility over occasional crisis management
This program is not injury-specific. If you're dealing with active pain or a specific limitation, Recover & Restore is the right starting point. Maintenance is for keeping your body in working order — week after week.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Maintenance and Recover & Restore?
Recover & Restore is a structured 8-session program for addressing a specific issue — pain, injury, or movement limitation. It includes intake, individualized programming, take-home work, and a mid-program check-in. It has a defined start, middle, and end.
Maintenance is an ongoing care relationship — regular Sotai sessions at a consistent cadence to keep your body in working order. No defined endpoint. No structured program. Just sustained care.
If you have a specific problem to solve, start with R&R. If you want to stay ahead of problems, Maintenance is the right fit.
Can I switch cadences?
Yes. Subscription changes take effect at your next billing date.
What happens if I miss a session?
Sessions canceled with 48+ hours notice can be rescheduled within the billing month. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice, or no-shows, are forfeited.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be paused for up to 3 months. Notify us at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Paused months do not count toward your 3-month minimum commitment.
How do I know which cadence is right for me?
Cadence is recommended based on your initial session, your activity level, your goals, and how your body responds over time. Most clients fall into one of three patterns: monthly for stable, low-load situations; bi-weekly for moderate accumulation; weekly for high-load demands. If you're unsure, start with a drop-in and we'll talk through it.
Can I just do single sessions without subscribing?
Yes. Drop-in sessions are $125. They work well for occasional check-ins or before you've decided on a cadence. But the compounding benefit of maintenance comes from consistent rhythm — so if you're booking two or more drop-ins a month, a subscription is the better fit.
How is this different from massage or other regular bodywork?
Sotai works through your nervous system and natural movement patterns rather than forcing change through pressure, manipulation, or stretching. The result is a different kind of session — and a different kind of effect. For a full breakdown, see How Sotai Compares.
What if I need to cancel?
All subscriptions have a 3-month minimum commitment. Canceling before the minimum incurs a $100 early termination fee. After your 3-month minimum, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice before your next billing date.
